The text updates were very helpful. My service person kept me updated. She also was very accommodating to the fact that we were paying out of pocket and wanted to understand the cost. She helped me know the progress along the way.

First, Rob Larson did a great job of keeping me informed on the status of my car. Not everything was within his control but, he kept after it. When I got my car back, it looked fantastic and drove/handled as well as it did before the accident. I would recommend Caliber Collision in Rogers, to anyone.

I was unhappy with customer service Rogers Caliber. I brought in a car hoping to get a qoute on fixing the "entire"car. He promised he would send me the quotation but that did not happen. Unfortunately my eye was not on the ball as l had a number of major issues happening in my life. I thought as its their business they would at least verify if l did not want all dents fixed. I do not fault Rob Larson perhaps he is not experienced in customer service. He simply said he just did not think about it as many customers tend not to do self pay but just do those being paid by the car insurance. I was truly shocked that he did think there was a possibility l might want all dents fixed. Anyway Teresa (the manager) did her best to help the situation and agreed to pay for the car rental for as long as they need to make repairs(2 weeks).

Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to formally request a review of my recent experience at Caliber Collision’s Rogers location. I believe the issues outlined below raise serious concerns regarding communication standards, pricing transparency, and customer care, and they merit attention beyond the local management level. I brought my vehicle to the Rogers, Minnesota location with multiple dents and areas of visible damage. I was assigned a customer service representative who informed me that the vehicle would be assessed and that I would receive an estimate for repairs. At no point was I advised that any estimate provided would be limited solely to insurance-covered repairs. For context, I had previously visited Caliber Collision in Brooklyn Park, where I received a verbal estimate indicating that total repairs would be approximately $5,000. I ultimately chose the Rogers location due to proximity to my home. When I later received a written qoute I reasonably understood this to reflect the full scope of repairs, given that the vehicle had been dropped off for a comprehensive assessment and no limitations had been communicated. I was therefore extremely surprised to learn—only upon arriving to pick up my vehicle—that Caliber Collision Rogers had completed only the insurance-covered portion of the work, leaving multiple visible dents unrepaired. I would like to emphasize the following concerns: I was never informed that the estimate provided excluded non-insurance repairs. I was not offered a separate or comprehensive quote for full repairs. I was not asked whether I wished to pay out of pocket for repairs not covered by insurance. A decision appears to have been made on my behalf—without consultation—that I would not want or be willing to cover the remaining repairs. Had this been clearly communicated, I would have made an informed decision at the outset. Instead, the lack of disclosure resulted in significant inconvenience, confusion, and unnecessary escalation. When I later asked whether completing all repairs at once would have extended the repair timeline, I was told it would not have made a difference, as all work could have been completed within the same two-week period. This further underscores how avoidable this situation was with proper communication. After raising my concerns, management provided an additional estimate of approximately $4,800 for the remaining work, bringing the total repair cost to nearly $12,000. What was particularly troubling was the labor pricing structure in this second estimate. The labor charge for the smaller, supplemental repair scope was quoted at $1,967.10, which exceeded the labor charge for the original, substantially larger job, which was $1,337.60. This discrepancy is difficult to reconcile and raises legitimate concerns regarding pricing consistency and methodology. From a customer perspective, the higher labor cost on the smaller job reasonably appears inflated and discouraging. At minimum, I expected the labor charge on the secondary estimate to be matched to—or reduced below—the original labor cost as a demonstration of goodwill and fairness, especially in light of the miscommunication. A reasonable resolution would have been the removal or substantial reduction of labor charges, bringing the supplemental quote but no such consideration was
