It’s the customer service and information updates received throughout the period I’m most impressed with. Kristy was fantastic in communicating. It’s simple and very powerful task that keeps customers coming back. Many organisations dont do it anymore, at least not like Kristy did.

Every employee that I interacted with at Caliber Collision in Rogers was wonderful and treated me very well! The body work done looks great! And, I did not expect that the yucky wintry mats on the inside would be cleaned! Just hoping we get no more snow so that they look so nice when I am able to replace them with the other set of mats KIA gave me. I would highly recommend Caliber Collision to anyone needing body work! I give everyone at the business that I dealt with an 11 out of 10!
