My truck was left with me knowing of the white substance that was splattered all over it. I was told for me to take care of it myself and I would be reimbursed. I do not feel like I should have to take off work to take care of something that should have never happened in the first place.

Excellent customer centric service from the minute we walked in the door! I felt comfortable leaving my Mercedes Benz in their care, and the regularly scheduled status updates were unheard of - but very much welcomed! I've never received that level of personal service any where.

Everyone was very professional and the daily updates was fantastic. The moment I walked in the building I felt a family like atmosphere.
