I encountered the GM, Darryl, front office assistant, A. Whiffen, and Joshua Sierra was my service advisor. All were so pleasant and welcoming. They were very helpful and accommodating. Because of the encounters I experienced, I chose Caliber even though they were not the cheapest. Good customer service is so important, and it clearly shows that here. Thank you.

The only reason I didn't give a 10 here is because of the estimate. If I was paying out of pocket it was much more expensive...almost $2K more. It should be the same regardless of whether I file with insurance or pay out of pocket.

The staff, (Joshua) was extremely courteous and professional. My Mercedes G Class was restored to its original glory thanks to the skill & expertise of the technicians at Caliber. I would definitely recommend Caliber Collision to my friends and family!
