I brought my car in because a semi truck tire blew up and hit my car damaging the windshield washer housing and the bumper. I was told my car would take one week to repair and they kept extending it every single day until it was finally "done" 2 weeks later. When I picked it up I asked if my windshield washer fluid housing was also fixed because he didn't mention it when explaining the repairs, he said he wasn't sure about that and if anything maybe they didn't fill it... That set off alarm bells for me. I went straight to the gas station to fill up and also fill my windshield wiper fluid because it was still empty.. it began leaking immediately. They had my car for a week longer than they said they would have it and they still failed to fix one of the main issues that I brought it in for. I'm extremely disappointed to say the least. The only thing positive thing that I can say about this experience was that they waved my deductible due to them having my car for an extra week and to help with the extra expenses I incurred while having a rental car for an extra week.
