My experience was very pleasant. Everyone was very attentive to my needs. Omar Harris kept me informed as to the repairs in a timely fashion.. Although on the way home, I heard a rattling sound from the location of the damaged area. Upon checking it out , I noticed that the bumper needed to be aligned. There was a visible gap. Contacted Omar and he will examine the area upon my return to Caliber Collision.

Ken was quick, responsive, helpful. All repairs we done quicker than expected and when I found an issue they were fast to not only apologize for the missed damage but got it promptly fixed. Great work would definitely recommend and if I ever need another repair would bring my vehicles back.
