Ken was quick, responsive, helpful. All repairs we done quicker than expected and when I found an issue they were fast to not only apologize for the missed damage but got it promptly fixed. Great work would definitely recommend and if I ever need another repair would bring my vehicles back.

Kristen was a great service advisor, very knowledgeable and great communication along the way. Robert at the front desk was great also. I was given a ride home from the shop after my estimate and and my vehicle was delivered to my home when the repair was complete. Very unexpected customer service, but great. Thanks Kristen & team!

I have had many different experiences with shops, good and bad. Working with Ken was the most friendly, professional, and most importantly, timely repair I have had. The whole experience start to finish I was like "wow, this was actually pretty pleasant" which is not usually the experience of repairing a car after someone hits you. Very pleased with my experience with Ken and have already told several people how great the experience with Caliber was

The car was not calibrated correctly. A new part that should have been put on was left in my trunk in a box unboxed. I was giving paperwork stating that repairs were done and the car was calibrated. I had to return my vehicle the next day.
