Communication was terrible. I dropped off the car and it was over a week and multiple messages left by me before I heard back from anyone. The biggest issue however is that I asked 4 times about the windshield only to find out after the car repairs were completed that I could have saved $400 on the calibration by having it replaced before repairs were complete. He literally told me he should have said something sooner.
