I had a really great experience with Caliber Collision throughout the repair process. Ken was especially helpful, communicative, and professional from start to finish. He kept me updated regularly, answered all my questions patiently, and made a stressful situation much easier to handle. Still have to bring back to fix a paint spot. Also questioning a spot on dash board that was roughed up. Ken says he has a picture showing the damage. Have requested he send me a copy, but so far have not received. n
