I love the services of Caliber. They're excellent! They're always keeping us updated and get job done before estimated time. I didn't expect our vehicle got done in 4 days instead of 2 weeks. They did really job and made the car back running. I would recommend to everyone.

While communication at the beginning was a little sketchy, I had booked an appt through my insurance company, but the local office kept pinging me asking me to set an appt which I had already confirmed with their national/regional office was completed. Once I arrived the team was fast, responsive, answered all my questions, walked me through everything they were going to do, and gave me an estimate of a little over 2 weeks to complete the work. FOUR DAYS later they texted me telling me the work was done and I could pick it up!! Walking through the pick up and looking at the work done, I had zero notes. Everything looked great, they walked me through everything they did, noted that they had to replace a part they didn't think they were going to have to on the original estimate, but once it was pulled off the vehicle they noticed it was indeed cracked. I couldn't be happier with the work and time it took to complete. While I hope I never have to use a body shop again, if the need arises, it will absolutely be Caliber Collision on Mays Ave in Round Rock.

From start to finish the process was very painless and convenient. All Caliber Collision representatives I interacted with were very attentive and really seemed to care about my satisfaction. They did a great job from the front desk to the representative that looked over my vehicle and explained the process to the gentleman that gave me back my keys. The people in the shop did a great job, the repairs and paint and very well done. I appreciate all the hard work that everyone put into getting me back into my vehicle.

From the front desk to Bryan A and the auto body guy who did a fantastic job on my car, the whole team was very friendly, kept me informed and the repair was completed way before I thought it would be. I was concerned since they were not on my insurance as an approved provider (they told me all that means is the communication might delay it a bit) I was not disappointed at all. Would definitely go back to this Caliber Collision in Round Rock even though I live in Georgetown. Enterprise down the street was very handy too. Thank you all for taking care of my car. It looks as good as new. 😍
