The only negative is that I wasn’t called when my vehicle was returned back to the original body shop. Instead, I had to call to confirm it was there. I was told it was the shop that it was SENT TO, to call and let me know it was ready. Which they did. But the receiving body shop should have called to tell me it arrived. Which I would have had my vehicle 3 days sooner. Other than that, the work was top notch. Just not the best communication from the shop I delivered it too.

I appreciated being "kept in the loop" by Ross as our car advanced through your repair process. We were dismayed by the original long completion date we were given (into March), but overjoyed at getting it back so much earlier on February 12 (a birthday present for me!). I will recommend you highly to anyone looking for an excellent collision repair shop.

Robert was assigned to work on my repair. I communicated with Robert start to finish, which was nice to have the same point of contact start to finish. He kept me updated daily and got my repair done 9 days ahead of what he originally told me. Highly recommended 👍🏻💯

Took my car to Caliber Collision had great service from the lady at the front desk to the person that was working on my vehicle was very nice and answered all my questions. Was told it would be 2 weeks but they had it ready in a week. Everything was taken care of my car looked good they even washed it.😂 Hopefully I won’t need there service again but if I do Caliber Collision will be my first choice, I will recommend them to my friends.
