Ryan was great to work with. He communicated regularly throughout the process. Shawn was also extremely helpful. Customer service was fantastic! They did a beautiful job on the repair. Looks as good as new! Very satisfied!

Dealing with an accident is never fun, but Caliber takes a lot of the mess out of the process. They worked well with the insurance company and the rental car company. I can't tell I was rear-ended. Caliber does a great job cleaning the vehicle.

Unlike my prior experiences with Caliber, the other driver was at fault and their insurance paid for it. Caliber and their insurance company worked so well together and made it as easy, fast, and thorough as they could. Caliber was quick to get me scheduled; thoroughly explained the process and order of events; worked with Enterprise rent-a-car to pick me and get me into a rental. Caliber did a great job and it only took them a week (which I thought was fast). I couldn't ask for a better experience. But I hope I don't see them again. :-) But if something does happen in the future, I will not hesitate to use Caliber.
