Ryan was absolutely amazing, car was ready before the estimated time,car looked better than when I first got it paint work looked amazing and he went above and beyond and cleaned the inside of the car where he was working on. Great communication with him kept me up to date with everything going on and happening. When we went to pick up the vehicle we felt welcomed by the employee behind the counter and with Ryan. Told me detail by detail when he worked on and the parts that had to be changed.

Caliber makes repairs smooth and problem-free from the start to the finish. It's easy to schedule drop off and it's so helpful that they are able to work with Enterprise. The work on my car is excellent and I love that I also get it back clean and sparkling.

First and foremost, I would never use Caliber Collision again. The method of identified issues related to the accident was poor and piecemealed together. It seemed like it was a poor identification of issues at the beginning leading to rework. After that, every few days seemed like another problem found. When I finally get the car back, the A/C doesn't work, it makes noises, and every possible fault like is on and can't be reset by Caliber. With that, they say it's due to a previous TPS light that is faulty, however, when that light was present before, Honda never had an issue resetting other lights around that one. All of this on top of Caliber having the car for about a month. The only reason for 1 is because of the only bright spot which was McKenly who was an excellent communicator keeping me informed on Caliber's work. I feel like I'm getting the car back worse than before it was in the accident.
