My wife's brand new Highlander was hit from behind while sitting at a stop light. This came three weeks after my daugher's car was totaled in an accident not her fault. Needless to say, my wife was very upset. I called Josh and explained what happened and asked him to take special care of the vehicle. I have to say, he was super supportive and communicated with us every step of the way. I would give him 6 stars!

I brought my car into this Caliber Collision location on June 23rd after another shop told me my bumper replacement would take 2 to 4 weeks. Not only did Joshua, McKenley, and Shawn make an incredibly stressful situation so much more manageable — they had my car ready for pickup on June 29th. That's under a week, when I was originally told it could take up to a month! Shawn was so patient in walking me through the entire process from start to finish. McKenley took the time to walk me through the damages on my car so I fully understood what was being repaired. And Joshua worked diligently with my insurance to make sure everything was squared away and ready to go. These three individuals are the definition of customer-centered service. They didn't just fix my car — they took care of me as a person. I'm beyond grateful and would highly recommend this location to anyone. Ask for Joshua, McKenley, and Shawn. You won't regret it!

More than satisfied! The car was beautifully done and it was so great that you guys vacuumed it. I really really appreciate that and everything was so clean so thank you very much and I was very appreciative other lady coming over this morning too so I could get the key to the car. I couldn’t get back in time yesterday. I had a problem with the airlines so and I didn’t think to call so it’s very kind of her to come over so I can get the key. You guys get up 10 out of 10 points everybody that contributed to the fixing of the car so thank you again.
