You called me last week and said the car was done and had been reported to the insurance company as completed. However, when I came today to pick up the car, there is still an issue with the door. There is a gap, the car is very loud, and it does not feel properly balanced. You mentioned that it still needs a part. Now I am being charged $100 for the rental car because it was reported as completed three days ago, even though the car is clearly not finished yet. I just wanted to bring this to your attention and get clarification on how we should proceed. Thank you.”
