Alexis at Caliber Collision was excellent. This is my 2nd time unfortunately using their location but every time I go here I am at ease. The other advisor I have dealt with as well as the front desk are excellent as well. They leave the car better than when they found it. I come to expect their quality and level of service as a baseline for my experiences in other shops.

Really enjoyed the amazing service that this location had to offer from the front desk representative she helped with any questions and knew who I was when I walked through the door to Marco helping update me throughout the process, would defiantly take my car here again in the future if I ever needed a reliable repair shop!

Simply, Alexis Guyer (Round Rock location) helped to make my experience with @Caliber Collision the best. She gave me daily updates, was friendly in her texts, totally professional, and when I went to pick it up upon completion-she held the door for me, walked me to my pickup, and gave me a total explanation of the repairs. Truly, she is a star and of the highest caliber employee. I would hire her in a minute. She indeed blessed me. Yay Alexis!!
