The repairs took three months. Had it been expected that there were over $11k in damages to the car, it is our belief that the car should have been totaled out. Besides this, the management team and technician did make impressive gestures to compensate for the length of time. They had good response time in communicating back with us and offering and following through on absorbing some of the rental expense. We appreciate that they went out of their way to fix the situation.

Communication about delays in the repair process could have been better. We cancelled plans a few times thinking we were getting the car only to find there were delays.
