whane is a very cold hearted predudist male he calls your insurance company and tells them that your car is ready but!!! we i picked up my car it wasn't 1 hour it shut off wouldn't start and to top it off my Airconditioner was working now it's not the screws that was taken to check the Airconditioner wasn't put back on he asked me to do a survey here it is if caliber collision gets Wayne out of the company and may be they will get a better feedback now that I've been through the mil with all of this I've got to ride with no ac in my car 3 children crying mommy I'm hot and they have asthma!! !! over draft fee's from the rental car I'm an honest person he pulled off the seat covers where my leather was cracked but little do he knows that happened 1yr ago and not his business I'm looking at 2,500 in fees thanks whayne for all the problems you've put me & my children through

Everyone I met at Caliber was cordial except Chip. He was definitely professional, but seemed quite distant. I immediately contemplated taking my business elsewhere after meeting him. Then, I figured maybe he wasn't having a great day, yet he was always like that. Aside from that it was not my desire to go back and forth between Caliber & Enterprise Car Rental when trying to get my car back. I would rather have been inconvenienced with keeping the rental car another day and getting my car from Caliber the next day rather than have Representatives from both companies giving me recommendations that seem to conflict with what the other business was telling me. The positives were definitely the customer service skills of the lady at the front desk, Carl's humorous interactions, and another Rep being cordial. I do appreciate Chip's attempts at trying to alleviate the problem with my recovering my vehicle and returning the rental
