The repair appears to have been done well and the staff was courteous and responsive. However, the turn around time for the work done could be significantly improved. While my vehicle was done earlier than originally anticipated, that initial time frame was way too long. I appreciate the need to wait for specific parts, but once all the work comes in house the turn around needs to improve and the "representative"'s ability to speed up that timeline also needs to be improved.

I brought my car to Caliber Collision to have a dent and scratches repaired... My experience with this Company was remarkable. I was told that repairs would take about a week. I got my car back before then. I was also given updates regularly. Kudos to Patricio and the Team.
