As a new driver, repair shops can be quite intimidating but my experience with the caliber collision team has eased my concerns of being swindled and not fully understanding what my car needs. The team is incredibly skilled at what they do and very communicative: constant communication via text updates on the car’s progress, effectively detailed what’s going on with the car and their approach to resolving each issue in a way that I could fully understand without any car background, I could always reach someone on the team with any inquiries. It’s been a wonderful experience and my car drives beautifully.

I loved working with Shana. She was very helpful and respectful. I had issues with my insurance company but Shana took time and listened to understand what I needed. My first impression of Caliber was not good. But I found out the initial confusion on the accident date was due to your computer system being on the blink. Shana's assistance made up for the confusion.

My initial impression was a 1. The representative I met when I came to the office was very rude. I learned later the computer system wasn't working and my claim info hadn't been delivered. However when I came to drop off my car Shana helped me. She was wonderful! Very helpful.
