There was major confusion and inconvenience with the rental service. But I believe that they decided to switch rental providers. However, it is State Farm that contracts the rental service - itâs not Caliber Collisionâs choice. They were about to pay out of pocket for me to have another option for transportation while my vehicle was in their care.
