Shana, my assigned estimator kept me informed in reference to the stages of Caliber’s repairs being performed on my Buick Regal’s rear end damage. Time after time I received text messages or a phone call stating the progress of my vehicle’s repairs and Shana gave me an estimated time of completion of the body work. I was very happy to know that they planned to do an overall search for any mechanical problem that could occur underneath my car due to the rear in hit. That brought comfort to my heart. Overall I would say that Caliber in Runnemede is a good hospital for your car’s accidental injuries, and the emergency room staff of front desk workers at Caliber Collision are very helpful and friendly, but most of all very respectful to their customers. Having said this , I actually hope to never visit Caliber again, because I don’t want to be the victim of another car accident.🥴😂😂😂
