The car came out great and work was done incredibly fast. Just wanted to add that Dave was awesome. He gave regular updates via the text system and once or twice he called when he correctly thought it was appropriate. I was never in the dark. He also handled my more unique âtransfer someone elseâs quoteâ without any effort from me, and the initial sign up was very fast. Thank you. Would use again

You guys need to send you employees to a customer service class everyone was horrible even when I pay my $500 deductible no one and tell me in the beginning that I had to pay by credit card when I went back to pay I had cash I didn't see no signs or anything up

The staff was pleasant, accommodating & professional. They assisted in obtaining my rental car & kept me up to date daily with progress. Job well done. It was like the new car experience with my old car. It was like the accident never happened and thank you so much for cleaning and detailing the car inside and out. Great job on finding the chip on the back glass and convincing geico to replace the glass for safety reasons. Fantastic! Glad I picked you out! Had a good feeling about you.

First of all, sharron is so warm and friendly the very second you walk in that you know you are in good hands. Jason and his team had the job done ahead of schedule and wereso friendly and kept in touch throughout the process, the process was very easy , 1- take damaged car. 2 pick up repaired ( as new) car ahead of schedule, 3 be on you way.
