Not happy is miner demej my car you charg for part & labor to much to insurance For 4 day you take 12 day I go vacation I say come pick 2 day later than your guy say you have to pay rentercr for 2 day Is no Good answer

Was told that I would be receiving updates on two different days and never received them until I called and spoke to someone myself. I understand that Caliber is dealing with many clients at once, but would rather not be told that someone will be reaching out to update me if I am not going to get one. On the other hand, I sincerely appreciate that someone from Caliber drove me home after I dropped my car off. That was very empathetic customer service.

Matt is awesome. He kept me informed about EVERYTHING, the repairs, the timeframe, Also made sure I understood what he was explaining to me. I had some contact with Brandon too. He was very pleasant, kind and helpful. The woman at the front desk, I am sorry I don’t remember her name, took more than a few calls from me and answered my questions, she was very kind and professional.
