The Staff was very Courteous and Professional. They took the time to walk me through the entire process of what to expect and kept me up to Date and well informed about the progress of the repairs. Work on my vehicle was done several days ahead of projected completion date. They also had my rental vehicle on site and handled every aspect of the repair and my transportation needs seamlessly. Very positive experience especially when customer service is extremely lacking in many industries today. I give them a 20 out of 10 on the Satisfaction Scale and won’t hesitate to recommend Caliber to friends and colleagues should the need for services arise.

Caliber was really thorough when explaining the process and took great detail to ensure the car was fixed quickly and efficiently. They kept us updated on how things were going and were really wonderful to work with!
