The repairs look good and hands down to the paint job, however, the time it took for the repairs was way longer than expected and originally estimated, although they informed me about this, it was only after I called to request for status/updates a couple of times. The online car status at the website is too general to determine return date. Good quality, high cost, long time. (4/5)

It's pricey but with insurance its okay. Quality is good but they do take longer than anticipated.

It was easy to drop off the car, and the online status tool was great to see where we were in the process. We had a slight hiccup at the end with an unexpected issue, and Mike’s communication was great. It’s not great to be involved in an accident, but this experience was stress-free.
