I have been only living in Sacramento for 2 weeks when my car was damaged. Having never had to file a claim to knowing the next steps, I never had to guess. Every person I spoke with at Caliber was so nice and helpful, I wish every customer service interaction was like that! They took the stress out of guessing and kept me posted often. Thank you staff, you rule!

It is not aligned properly. The bumper does not line up with the next panel. I pointed it out and then separately my husband also notices
