Justin handled the estimate and work progress courteously and with knowledge about each step. Car was washed and looked new. I returned to Caliber Collision because of prior excellent work by the previous owners. But Justin’s estimate is the only one that named the precise color that my C-Max used. Outstanding color match! When I picked up the car and drove it home I noticed an unusual sound coming from the area of the repair and had to take the car back. Luckily it turned out to be a minor adjustment but I have to rate below 10 due to the fact that I had to bring the vehicle back for the adjustment.

the estimator should have known the upper bumper should have been replaced. It was obvious to me but figured he knew what he was doing.Becauce of this it took longer and I ended up paying more for the rental car then what I had budgeted for or could afford. He needs more training or something? NO apology from him and he acted like oh well that is the way it is. This a 2019 vehicle and I had it less then 2 weeks I know more then he does.
