the estimator should have known the upper bumper should have been replaced. It was obvious to me but figured he knew what he was doing.Becauce of this it took longer and I ended up paying more for the rental car then what I had budgeted for or could afford. He needs more training or something? NO apology from him and he acted like oh well that is the way it is. This a 2019 vehicle and I had it less then 2 weeks I know more then he does.

They did an excellent job and I was worried the paint colors wouldn't match up precisely but they totally made my car look good as new and I couldn't tell it was damaged or repainted. Thank you for your hardwork.
