From start to finish, Caliber made the entire repair process incredibly easy. They worked directly with the other insurance company, accepted my walk-in, took my car the same day, and even had Enterprise deliver my rental car to the shop. Five days later, my car was ready. All I had to do was drop off the rental and pick up my vehicle. The repair was flawless. My bumper looked even better than before the accident. A special thank you to Janelle. Best customer I’ve ever had. She was thorough, kept me informed every step of the way, and made the whole experience stress free. The handwritten thank you card when I picked up my car was such a thoughtful touch.
