We had problems with the underside of our 2012 Prius- ball joint cover was ripped and , we’d been told (erroneously) the rim was bent.. Cailber was honest, true to their word and they easily saved us over $1,000. In charges from the dealer and auto repair shops. Caliber even dropped off our car when the repair was done. Great work. Try Caliber if you are having a mechanical issue.

I have no complaints about the experience or job done. Car looks great, Caliber communicated every step of the way so I knew what to expect and Melissa was SUCH a pleasure to work with even though I spoke with her only a few times. You can tell she knows what she’s doing and cares about people. Promote that woman!!

I am disappointed with the repair quality from Caliber Collision. My car still has fitment concerns after the repair, and I now need another shop to inspect it. I expected safer and better quality work.
