Alexander was my “lifeline” while my car was being repaired. He was patient, warm, listened to my concerns, and I felt enormous relief to have someone on the other end of the phone I could trust. I had been in a car accident, and his calm reassurance that my car would be fixed properly meant a lot to me. He deserves a big raise!

They kept me updated on all changes. They finished car on date they said they would be done. The amount of time for repair was very reasonable. I was thrilled when they delivered the repaired car to my home and took away the rental car. It was effortless.

Great helping staff for getting into task. Good business handling w-all sources of financial responsibility (& clearing $ amts). Found lots to be repaired, trust well needed. Hopefully well done -will find out in long run. NOT good on my extra request to check addionally the tire pressure - asked of 2 diff folks & of course was told no prob & that it'd be passed on appropriately & handled. Tks for mostly great job.

Oops lost writing... great kind help, thorough job & nice keeping me informed. 🫠🙏 Did forget to ck tire pressure that I'd added to the cklist, which turns out weren't bad. ..Just lots more expensive work in newer car for what seemed like minor dent! 🤪😝 Tks, highly recommend you! 😅
