My car was not repaired how it was suppose to be. Very disappointing

I went to pick up the car and there was a dent in the rear quarter panel that shouldnt have been there. So we waited another 20 minutes when to have it fixed, when it was suppose to be already done. When we got home the passenger front door is completely off balance from the whole car. I will be taking more time off of work to hopefully have my brand new car look the way its suppose to.
