When I couldn’t find the shop the service guy literally kept me on the phone and walked down the street to find me and guide me to the parking lot. The front desk lady was one of the sweetest and happiest customer service representatives I’ve ever dealt with. Each time I was at the shop or talked on the phone they were always professional and super kind.

Not ready when say they are, they were almost two weeks late. and still have to bring back to install a part that’s on back order. Hopefully that was the reason why for being of timing .

Milton is knowledgeable and professional. He examined my vehicle, quickly assessed the needed repairs and was able to get started right away. While my car was in the shop, he kept me updated on the progress so I had an understanding of when it would be complete. I’m very happy with my experience and would recommend Milton to friends

Everybody was so friendly and helpful and we really felt how badly they wanted to get our vehicle back to us. While I hope to not have to see them again soon, I know where to go next time I need any kind of vehicle repair!

Josh was my designated point of contact person and he was great, kept me informed of the progress along the way along with any changes he anticipated. Communication was on point he was very welcoming and kind and the work was superb, A+ in my opinion. I am very pleased with the work they did. The detail guy who detailed my car afterwards was also awesome, his name is Ty and I don’t think my car had ever been that clean before, great job! The ladies in the front Jenna and Rose were also fantastic, very polite kind understanding and they also kept in communication with me along the way. I do recommend this shop for your auto body work and auto detail work
