Johnathan is fabulous from the start to end. He is informative and always provide a thoroughly review of everything with me. He made sure that enterprise came to drop off the rental car for me and ensures me that it's okay to leave the rental at the shop so I dont have to worry about anything. I can’t say enough good things about Caliber Collision and especially Yadi. I was already super frustrated and stressed out dealing with my car situation, but they made the entire process so easy from start to finish. Yadi was amazing to work with. She kept me updated, answered all my questions, and made me feel like everything was under control when I definitely wasn’t feeling that way myself. The customer service was incredible, and when I got my car back, it honestly looked like nothing had ever happened. You would never know my car had been through anything.
