Everything went smoothly, my estimator was Yadi, it was my first time dealing with a repair to my vehicle but she was very clear and thorough about the whole process, I also had lots of questions which she happily answered them all, she made sure I was kept up to date on what was being done to my car and what the estimated pickup date would be. She also had knowledge on regards with the insurance/car rental process which I appreciated since again I wasn’t sure how that process all went. My car looks great! Highly recommend
