Good morning. The repair work was done well and satisfactory, but I just wanted to let you know that my camper shell was not properly re-attached to my truck after the work was done. None of the hold-downs were installed. Fortunately I noticed pretty soon afterwards, but I did drive on the freeway before noticing which was very dangerous. I went ahead and reattached them. But I wanted to let you know, as that created a big risk.

When my insurance company tried to make the first appointment caliber lost track of it, and never reached out to me. Then, after reaching out to me, they were forced to move my car to a different shop because they couldn’t repair it and when I tried to find out where it was at. They couldn’t tell me. They were supposed to call me back and never did. Finally during the repairs I asked for an estimate on a different area of the car as well that they were supposed to send me and I’ve never received that so while everybody was very polite and professional, they seem very disorganized
