When I called I was referred to your establishment on Tower Road I spoke with Jason and was instantly comfortable with bringing my car to Caliber Collision. Also finding out that you all are recommended by Geico was even better. When I called Geico to set up the appointment for Tony Stark that's my car they told me that you guys were one of their favorites. I really appreciate the customer service and understanding that Tony is a part of the family he's not just a car. Tony looks like I just drove him off of the showroom floor. Another thing my car was stored inside at night and I really appreciate that also. Thank you for doing a great job Tony looks brand-new inside and out

Honestly I called Caliber Collision before I call Geico found out that they were actually recommended by Geico. I talked to Jason he explained everything to me that I needed to do then I called Geico they had told me that he had done their job for them good job Jason she scheduled me an appointment for the very next day. When I came in it was very easy very welcoming Jason was awesome. I knew Tony would be in great hands. Now when I came to pick Tony up he look like I was taking him off the showroom floor. Could not tell that he ever had a black eye

The car was repaired on the date they gave when I dropped it off I just picked it up today and looking closely at all the repairs so far they look great! Jason was accommodating with answering all my questions and I had many and he had great customer service. And I love that I was able to get my rental car there and leave it there when I picked up my car no hassle!
