I was referred to you from Carlos from a nearby location. I was very pleased with the work and impressed with the grace with which Caliber has handled the covd-19 crisis. Their customer service area is an example of how businesses should be functioning in our new normal. Pam gave me exceptional service with clear explanations before and after the work. Also, I was impressed. by Caliber’s automated contact system, which kept me informed of the progress of the process. Thank you, though I hope not to need your services in the near future, it is good to know I have someone That I trust to call.

It looks like the bumper piece is missing a clip or something, It is hanging low on one side of the bumper. Also on the other side near passenger rear tire it looks like it sticks out a little and lastly my car was not detailed. I know cars are detailed at caliber collision because my other half works for them.

I wanted to say thank you to Jason. He always keep me updated on my car. He told me the break down on what going to happen to my car and how it was going to be fixed. Pam kept me in the loop almost daily on my nearly 3 week service. In addition to the standard texts, I appreciated her personally created texts too. Whenever I called she helped me understand all the steps and why it took so long to my satisfaction. The car itself looks amazing. They did a terrific job on the body and paint.
