About a year ago, while driving down a local street here in Sacramento California, I passed by a Cooks Automotive and thought that would be a good shop to take my Rover to for repairs. Upon my vehicle being broken into and vandalized, Caliber Collision,also known as Cooks Automotive was on the list of shops to select from, so I remembered seeing some of their prior work and I selected them. Everything was done in a professional manner and explained to me thoroughly by their representatives that I had the pleasure of speaking with, not excluding the receptionist whom made me coffee and offered me snacks while I waited. Jason, was my intake person and Justin was his manager whom worked with me until my vehicle was finished and ready for pickup. What I was thoroughly empresses by was that they kept me informed of my vehicle every step of the way. Thanks to all of the workers Caliber Collision whom worked hard in making my experience professional, pleasant and quick. My hat’s off to you all for a job well done.
