I would recommend Caliber on Folsom Blvd to anyone who needed help with their car. Very good work. Tonya Summers is a great person to help with anything needed. I really liked her. I would ask for her personally if I had to go there again.

Can’t give a 10 until service is complete. Still waiting on a part for my vehicle that’s on back order. I was supposed to get a phone call when it comes in but nothing as of yet so I assume it’s still out of stock.

Everything was fine. A fog light was missing so rather than getting a replacement bulb the old analogue bulbs were installed, and it was left up to me to order and replace then pursue reimbursement through my insurance company. Seems like it could have been handled more easily by Caliber. It’s going to take a couple hours of my time and require crawling under the vehicle. Not the biggest thing but thought you should know how it was received.

Tonya was great. I was very wary to use Caliber after a bad prior experience, but Tonya put my mind at ease and delivered excellent customer service. Kind of unclear why car was driven about 40 miles, but I guess I consented to that
