I was not happy with the overall experience. I think customer service is crucial and I was very unsatisfied with the customer service

I went to pick up some items that I was told were taken out of my car and I wasn't able to remove when I dropped my car off because the trunk was crushed and would not open. When I arrived I was told that all staff were in a meeting and that I would need to wait. A while later the person handling my case came out and said she was glad I came in because she had an update for me only to realize she had confused me with someone else then said she needed to return to the meeting and that I would be helped as soon as the meeting ended. I found that to be horrible customer service because when she needed something from me she was able to walk out of the meeting but yet to help me get to my things I was asked to wait again. It was very frustrating because my time is valuable and my needs were not given any importance.
