We referred a friend in the past week since our car was complete. We will say that upon arrival to the location, its not the prettiest area near Sacramento State University, however, the BEST SERVICE we could ask for and with age, & wisdom, we shouldn't judge a book by its cover.

Carlos B provided excellent customer service. He was very pleasant & upbeat. My husband & I loved that he was very professional yet had a sense of humor. He kept us informed every step of the way. He took care of the rental car service which was very convenient. He made the entire process seamless. Tanya stepped right up to offer her assistance while we awaited Carlos to return from dropping off another vehicle. Just great service all around. Calibers repair service is first class. Employees are friendly and helpful. The final repair on my car makes it look like a new car again and it was done at a reasonable price. The repair was done in a minimal amount of time and they kept me informed of the progress throughout the entire repair time.
