Tony and team explained how the process would work with clarity. The repairs were completed perfectly, including a near perfect match for pearl metallic paint. The work was done VERY fast (one week). This Caliber is a great body shop that I wiuld use again.

hi Liz, I would like to comment on the job at caliber collision on Power inn Boulevard in Sacramento California did on my Jeep grand Cherokee 4xe limited the job was done to the upmost attention to detail and precision. My service advisor. Toni kept me updated throughout the whole experience. The job was done early and beyond what my expectations were thank you so much for the team at caliber and for Geico making it such a seamless and easy fix. Great job guys.

I am very satisfied with my experience at Caliber Collision. They did a great job on my car, especially the headlights, and I really appreciated that they polished and washed it too. I can’t wait to bring my car back for the rest of the work. The technician did a clean, excellent job, and Jesse at the front desk was very nice and pleasant to work with. Overall, great service and a great experience.

This is the second time I have brought my vehicle to Calliber. I appreciate the care and professionalism that Tonya consistently gives me. She helped me with both repairs. Due to my last encounter with Caliber and Tonya, I felt more relaxed about having to have my vehicle on the shop for repairs this time around. Tonya is a great advisor!

Everything went very well and no complaints other than the few scratches. Customer service could have just been going through something.

Repair went very well however I did see a few scratches a couple days after. Nonetheless, an incredible improvement from before just not brand new. I was told that it would be a new replacement. Thank you!

I’ve had a couple experiences with Caliber and they have been very communicative and kind in some very stressful situations. They even drove me to the rental car place so I wouldn’t have to walk (short distance but busy road)
