I’ve had a couple experiences with Caliber and they have been very communicative and kind in some very stressful situations. They even drove me to the rental car place so I wouldn’t have to walk (short distance but busy road)

Tony was a great adjuster. He was clear and thorough with explanations. He was cheerful and genuinely friendly, and reassuring. Office staff was very friendly and clear. It was great to get a ride home and service was so fast I didn't need to rent a car.
