The length to repair the car felt extensive.

The GM appeared rude when I arrived during the Monday morning of my appointment. She complained that over the weekend appointments are usually not approved. I thought that her attitude was unnecessary especially when people are paying high amounts for repairs. She could of kept that attitude to herself. Customers have no control over the appointment calendar specially if the appointments show as “available times”. I kept my cool and didn’t say much because I needed my car fixed. However, that kinda of customer service is rated as poor quality.
