Paul was wonderful to work with. He kept me informed, explained the process extremely well, was very thorough in his examination of the damage and the car looked beautiful when I picked it up. Could not have asked for more. If there was a worked greater than excellent I would use it to discribe my overall experience including the front desk to pickup process.
