From the time entered the doors and I turned over my car to Caliber Collision I was treated like a valued customer. Kim, Alyssa, Toni (office manager), and Derrick (my estimator) treated me like a valued customer. My car was repaired and ready to go on the estimated completion date. Caliber partnered with Enterprise Rental to make the rental and its return seamless and easy. Definitely would recommend the Collision repair shop to others.

My wife Theresa was the contact person and was very happy with the whole process. Khalid A. was the estimator. He went over what was going to take place with the repairs on my vehicle. From day 1 of drop off to week later for pick up Khalid kept me informed. He also worked out a deal for my windshield replacement with another company due to Toyota was back ordered a month out.
