My wife Theresa was the contact person and was very happy with the whole process. Khalid A. was the estimator. He went over what was going to take place with the repairs on my vehicle. From day 1 of drop off to week later for pick up Khalid kept me informed. He also worked out a deal for my windshield replacement with another company due to Toyota was back ordered a month out. I am a young woman who is learning about my car, so Fernando was really great explaining everything down to the T before he took my car in to get worked on. After I picked it up he broke it down to me and explained what was done and what I should get fixed in the near future. As looking out for me knowing I had kids.
