A special commendation needs to go out to Sal at the local Caliber Collision location on North Hwy 281. He gave me realistic expectations on the completion of my repairs. Also, he was very professional, and, when I had a minor problem with alignment after taking the car, he encouraged me to come right back in and rectify the situation. This sounds easy enough, but another employee wanted to schedule me a few days later for the same alignment. Sal stepped in, after I had gone, and sent a driver to pick-up my car, take it to the Caliber location, and bring it back to me. Now that's what I call customer service ! Say what you'll do, and do what you say ! If more people were like this in life, we would be much better off for it !
